Mobile traffic can no longer be ignored. My larger campsite client had over 13,000 visitors in July alone [I do create Effective websites] and from them around 60% were viewing on a mobile device. We need to make their experience as good and easy as it can be.

On-page SEO {Search Engine Optimisation}

Many very pretty websites have exceptionally poor SEO. If you have a website no one can find organically, then you will need very well planned, and probably expensive, separate marketing strategies on hand. SEO is very well catered for in all my websites. It is where I have sold myself since 2002.

Prominent contact details

A dedicated contact page, with phone, email, office hours and a contact form, one than ask the most key questions, without being off-putting. Your phone and or email on other pages.

Booking information

Easy and obvious. On site, or through a third party app. Easily found and followed.

Reviews

We can include an option for people to leave a review on your website, and we can use a few of those around the site to enhance the design, and the potential guests thoughts. We can also link through to external reviews; TripAdvisor etc., many people now look at these before making any final decision on bookings.

Calls to action

Strategically placed prompts, to contact us, book now, check availability, etc. But care needs to be taken with both placement and the message .. and it just so happens I can help you there.

Photographs

Good ones, and no shortage of them. Guests like to get an idea of what to expect. The views, facilities, shop and more. If you offer secluded pitches, let's show them off for those looking for exactly that.

Social media

Done right, and if you can maintain it, Social Media platforms can provide a healthy volume of relevant visitors. We will, at the very least, make it easy for your guests to share your website.
